    Don’t want to do any billing? No problem! Let us take over your billing and you can show up for your clients.

  • Credentialing and Contract Negotiation

    Credentialing is a pain and never straight forward. Let us handle that mess to set up contracts with insurance companies. Already credentialed, but looking for a raise? We can negotiate rates with insurance to see if there is more money for you.

Our Prices & Packages

  • Full package includes intake paperwork, note templates, billing setup, and consent documents.

    $500- billed in two parts, $250 up front and $250 once things are complete and running smoothly.

    Partial packages are available. Reach out for pricing.

  • Consultation for business set up or billing questions. This can include walking you through the process and doing it in the moment, or answering questions you may have.

    $80/hour

  • Weekly billing: $80/hour

    Bimonthly insurance calls: $80/hour when speaking with someone, $40/hour when on hold.

  • Credentialing: $200 per application, if you wish to credential with 3+, its $200 for the first and $100 for each additional company.

    Negotiation: $150 per company (*not guaranteed to get higher rates, but we will try.)
