With an extensive background in the mental health field, Niles understands the importance of efficient billing processes, and how much time therapists can save when they have the right support. Having run his own practice, Niles has a wide understanding of the offering and small details that prove to be big issues when missed.

Tori brings a flair for the technical aspects to the partnership, with a background in IT, business sales, and management - both people and technology. She has spent over a decade listening to clients and customers and evaluating the root cause to find a full solution.
